Hello, this is my first time ordering from OneOfficer.com I was a little upset to find that the product I ordered was not in stock although the website showed it as in stock. I appreciate the help that I have received from the customer service department, I did not catch the name of the gentleman I spoke with on Friday July 24th but he was very polite and very helpful. The help I received from the customer service department will definitely make OneOfficer.com my first choice when buying my supplies.

I had ordered a Double Retention Holster that was required by the agency I work for from another vendor,they told me it would be shipped in 5-7 days.I got a phone call later that evening my order was on backorder and it might take three weeks to receive.
I contacted ONE OFFICER and received my order in five days! and cancelled the order with the first vendor who had confirmed the original order and promised he had one left and would send it to me.
ONE OFFICER service is excellent!

I hope all is well with you and that you've had a Happy New Year. First off, Thank you for your help with the holster situation and I'm sorry I had to pull out of our transaction after you worked so hard to find it. Turns out the guy I bought the holster from down here sold me a used one and a left handed model at that. I had it gift wrapped and didn't notice until a recent visit to my folks. As it turns out, my father was trying to shove the left handed model into his right waist band at home, and had all of us cracking up :-).
Needless to say, I would really like to purchase that Bianchi holster for my dad's double eagle from you. That is of course if you still have it or can get it. Thanks again Jaime, and sorry for the back and forth, I should have just let you send it to me in the first place, oh well ......Live & Learn

You will never believe what I received from Safariland today. I finally received the 3X locking belt buckle and loops with VELCRO!!!! They work just the way they are supposed to.

Hi Jaime,
Thank-you so much for getting back to me. I discovered training materials behind the foam yesterday. There is an instruction manual and target but no DVD. If you have them available and its' not too much of a hassle, I'd love to have a training DVD. You can send it to the same address as the Taser was delivered to.
